    Talent Development Manager

    Altrad are currently on the lookout for a Talent Development Manager to join the business to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development programmes that support employee growth and organisational performance. This role creates clear learning pathways, implements training initiatives, and measures their effectiveness. This position partners with leaders to understand talent needs, fosters a culture of continuous improvement, and helps employees reach their career goals.

    Key Deliverables: 

    • Analyse skill gaps and identify training needs across the organisation
    • Design, deliver, and update training programmes in line with business requirements
    • Develop leadership and professional development initiatives
    • Facilitate workshops, group training sessions, and one-on-one coaching
    • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance data
    • Maintain skill matrix and track employee progress
    • Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans
    • Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
    • Manage training calendar and communicate opportunities to employees
    • Partner with external vendors to source or customise training solutions
    • Promote a culture of learning and professional growth
    • Stay current on talent development trends and best practices
    • Prepare and manage the development budget
    • Report on programme participation and outcomes to leadership
    Key Requirements: 
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, learning & development, education, or a related field
    • Proven experience in talent development, training, or organisational development
    • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training design
    • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
    • Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights
    • Strong project management and organisational skills
    • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
    • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning tools
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail and a focus on results
