Key Responsibilities
• Prepare applications for payment in line with contract requirements using project ledgers
• Support and attend internal and external project cost reviews
• Assist in producing the monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (profit & loss)
• Maintain and update project cost ledgers
• Develop and maintain revenue forecasts
• Perform trend and variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities
• Produce accurate and timely reports to support decision-making
Skills & Experience
We are looking for candidates with experience or exposure to:
• Applications for payment
• Cost and data management
Project financials, including: Profit & loss
Cost journaling
Cost and revenue accruals
Revenue forecasting
You should also:
• Be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Have experience with ERP systems (desirable but not essential)
• Can gain baseline security clearance (BPSS)
You’ll possess well developed communications skills, an eye for detail, a positive can-do attitude and have a desire to improve the way we work.
Qualifications:
· Working towards a Degree in relevant subject area or equivalent experience in a technical qualification
Experience:
· 3 years within a similar role in a highly regulated environment, ideally within the nuclear industry (not essential)
