Scaffold Labourer – Dounreay

Altrad are currently looking for an asbestos operative trained (ARCA / ACAD) Scaffold Labourer to support scaffold and site operations on a newly established project at Dounreay.

The work pattern for this position is 10/4, 07:00 to 17:00. This is a fixed term position ending December 2027 approx. Start date is  July / August pending successful SC Clearance.

Pay rate: £20.00 p/h

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting scaffolders and site teams with day-to-day activities
• Movement and handling of materials and equipment
• General housekeeping and maintaining work areas
• Assisting with loading/unloading deliveries
• Supporting safe access and site set-up activities
• Following site safety rules, procedures and instructions
• Assisting with general site duties as required

Key Requirements

• Must be SC cleared or willing to undergo
• Must be asbestos operative trained ARCA or ACAD
• COTS Cards (Scaffold Labourers)

Project operates on a 10-day fortnight rota.

Week 1 – Monday to Sunday – 07:00 to 17:00

Week 2 – Monday to Wednesday – 07:00 to 17:00
