Job Description as Project Controls Coordinator with Altrad:
To assist in the delivery of key project variables related to all aspects of Project Controls. Ensuring that the project controls department leads and supports the corporate business objectives in line with company standards.
Tasks and Responsibilities as Project Controls Coordinator:
Commercial
- Effectively & efficiently compile billing data in support of the commercial contract teams.
Financial
- Prepare client invoicing in line with commercial and contractual arrangements.
Communication, Interfacing & Supervision
- Effectively communicate and build relationships with other relevant departments to raise commercial awareness.
- Lead by example
Process & Procedures
- Ensuring all work carried out within the business unit is in accordance with Company HSEQ procedures.

Specific Requirements for Project Controls Administrator:
Education & Experience
- HNC (Higher National Certificate) or above
- Proficient in MS Excel – Data extraction, analysis and presentation
- Experience operating an ERP system
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively (orally and written) with both internal and external stakeholders
- Effective organisation and planning skills.
